TSG Story

Having been involved in sports throughout our lives, my husband, Hussein Mesharafa and I founded TSG as a passion project together, building on and using our own experiences as competing national athletes.
The inspiration for TSG came not only from our passion for sports, but also our desire to methodologically elevate the athletic performance of individuals who want to live a lifestyle where sport is a part of the daily routine - whether it is on the professional or amateur level.
Growing weary of the same run of the mill gyms found everywhere, we wanted to create a space where individuals with a desire to live a healthier way of life could excel. It is for that reason that TSG operates with one basic principle, we vow to tailor and individualize your experience to match your goals and athletic level using state of the art equipment, instant biofeedback and simple hands-on technology to help you reach your expectations.
In TSG, there is no room for guesswork when it comes to our members. We develop and guide them with individual, strategic planning to help them reach their absolute best and maximize their own potential. Make no mistake TSG is not a run of the mill gym. FTP Test

Stands for Functional Threshold Power, Measured in watts per Kilos. FTP is the average power that a rider can produce over the course of an hour. It is power produced divided by rider’s weight.

FMS Test

Stands for Functional Movement Screening is a tool used to identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during seven fundamental movement patterns.

VO2 Max Test

Stands for maximal oxygen consumption, refers to the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense or maximal exercise. This measurement is generally considered the best indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance.

Bike Fitting Test

Proper bike fit means you have a position on the bike that lets you ride as long as you want, as hard as you want, and stay comfortable the entire time. A good fit can also help prevent overuse injuries that result from an improper position.

Body composition is a method of breaking down the body into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

One to one coaching that entails more focused and consisted approach to fitness. Individually tailored fitness programs based on a thorough Induction session to determine the client’s goals followed by specific fitness assessments that are done to determine the client’s fitness level.



Fitness program for football players. The program will include fitness assessment to determine the player fitness level, the program depends on very specific functional training for football. Multidirectional speed, accuracy, focus on weak foot, conditioning based on the player’s position and injury prevention are all targeted in the program.
